I'm feeling a bit of relief about my lens's ranking this week. It seems my hypothesis about the new topics and subtopics causing a shakeup in the overall rankings was partly correct, but there were other odd factors (Angel clusters ..) that resulted in a few days of chaos and lensmaster tentacle-wringing.
Thanks to Squidoo HQ, the tangles have been resolved, the Angels are not so clustered and rankings have returned to normal for the most part. I can't seem to use any of the subtopic categories on my lenses, and those that had them don't show those subtopics when I edit a lens. I've reported this as a bug but so far haven't seen anyone else mention it - or am I missing it in the forum?
