March has 3 very cool holidays that I really enjoy celebrating. Until this week, however, I hadn't made a lens for the one that's closest to my geeky heart: Pi Day.
The oversight is now officially corrected. I just published Celebrate Pi Day 3.14 - Mad March Holiday 4 Geeks at Squidoo. It's a bit of nerdy history and math, and a whole lot of fun for adults or kids. Add your favorite pie recipes, add to the list of Pi puns, create and list your own Pi-Ku poetry or check out some of the links to activities and Pi Day celebration ideas.
My new Pi Day wacky holiday lens joins my collection of favorite March holiday lenses for St. Patrick's Day and Mardi Gras (well, Fat Tuesday is in March THIS year, so it counts). I guess I could also sneak in the Easter lenses because when Mardi Gras falls on a February date that means Lent ends in March, right?
But that's another story ... tomorrow is Fat Tuesday and March 14 is Pi Day.
